We spent 3 days and 3 nights here where we had booked on Agoda and even had to wait for them to ACCEPT my booking?! The room itself (blue blocks) was acceptable, even they really need a lot of maintenance: the shower, the bidet (broken completely), balcony doors, lights... The receptionists weren't that bad, but they kept talking during check-in and check-out time which made us felt confused about whether everything had been done or not. They weren't sure about our Agoda booking even though we gave them our phones at the very first minute. At last, we literally fought for our booking 'cause they tried to give us the wrong rooms which could be lowered the prices we needed to pay. :) We ordered room service for our late lunch, then put the dishes outside - in front of our room. And it was clean the next day, after 11am. That could mean they didn't even care about the block for nearly a day. The only highlight could be the breakfast and people related to it. They changed the variety of dishes every day and the taste was good enough. Lastly, I don't think this is a suitable place for you to stay in Phuket. Never mind!

BEST PLACE TO BE IN Phuket !!! My partner and I arrived at the hotel and we were not satisfied with the location of the room, we immediately went to the reception and they immediately took care of us, the manager contacted us and made sure to change our location as soon as possible, within a day we moved and the manager made sure to be updated with us, however the relationship with the manager was natural from the first moment and as soon as she heard Having a partner's birthday - she immediately took care of picking up a production and organizing and decorating our room at the highest level and even printed and designed pictures of us and scattered them in the room And all this stems from kindness, my husband was moved and shed tears of excitement, I have no words to describe the level of service and quality that the place has to offer, I highly recommend coming to stay at a place that takes care of the guest from the first thing to the last thing, come as soon as you are in the area! Apart from the fact that the hotel looks as described in the photos, it is very pleasant to stay (we were in the blue building) a very high level of cleanliness, courtesy from the employees, it was a pleasure to say goodbye to some good-hearted employees who entered the heart, openminded from the employees as well, The food is very tasty and varied, the breakfast offers all types of food and nothing is missing I thank from the bottom of my heart every detail I experienced at the hotel, not taken for granted at all.

Terribly maintained property, looks like the aisles haven't been cleaned since open. Smells everywhere, also cleaning crew leaves pile of sheets and towels in the doorways. Overall, badly maintained property. Also, location is not very good, far from old-town, since Phuket doesn't have tuk-tuk, hard to move around.

Wow! Fantastic stay, I love this hotel from the excellent service and the hotel itself. Nice location and very convenient, close to the food street, shopping, drug store, convenience store. All staff are very kind and helpful, friendly and smiling, especially Khun Orn, Hotel Manager, she is so kind with the warm welcome and touchpoint of the lovely welcome card, so surprised. Room is clean, large, fluffy bed with good sleep. Will recommend to my friends, thanks for the good service!

The staff is great but the place, specifically the room that we were in, are not well maintained (the bathroom ceiling has leakage) and it feels overall dated. Their lobby is great but it is not translated into the rooms. Kudos to the staff for making the stay better!
